概要
Google Workspace for Education Plus（旧称 G Suite for Education）の管理者向けに新しい設定が追加されることになりました。この設定を行うことで、Education Plus の生徒向けライセンスを持つユーザーに対して Google Meet の録画機能を有効にできます。生徒向けライセンスは、教職員用に Education Plus をご購入されたお客様にご利用いただけるものです。

感想：
うん。長いね。日本語では２文にしていたものを、英語では一気に言い切っている。
We're gointo to...と、We' are ving...は確定している予定を表すときの表現ですよね。どちらでもいいんじゃ？と思ったんだけど、調べてみたら微妙に異なっているらしい。
- be going toは予定は確定してるけど、具体的な準備はなされていない状態。
- be vingは予定は確定していて、かつ何かしらの準備はしている状態。
be vingの方が現在に近い未来なんですね！

「Google Workspace for Education Plus（旧称 G Suite for Education）の管理者」を、どう表すか？悩んだんですけど、原文では、”製品名”プラス”管理者”の、名詞プラス名詞パターンにしたんですね（”Google Workspace for Education Plus (formerly G Suite for Education)”プラス"admin"）。
確かに、a new settingはともかく、その後いきなりadminって来ても「何の管理者？」って一瞬止まるよな…。私は名詞を並べてAのBにする手法が苦手で、自分じゃなかなかやりきれないんでした。
formerly (known as) （）内を省略してる？formerlyは副詞なので通常名詞は修飾できないはず。
原文は関係代名詞thatが使われていて、先行詞はsettingですよね。先行詞、前置詞句、関係代名詞となるパターン。

と言うことになろうかと。
enableって主語が無生物（特にこう言う機能名とか製品名とかの場合）enable you to do...あるいは、enable sth to do用法を想像しちゃうんですが、辞書によると他動詞で「機能などを〕有効［使用可能］にする」と言う意味があるので、enable...capabilitiesなんですね。
Education Plus student licensesも、名詞プラス名詞パターン。アメリカ英語なので動詞も名詞もlicense。（ライセンスを）所有しているは前置詞with一つで意味がわかるんですね。

従属節（When以下）の主語と主節の主語が違ってる。文法用語でいう懸垂分詞なんじゃねーのこれ。と思うのですが、Whenがつくときはよくあるんですよね、it isの省略かつ主節の主語と違う…許容なんかなあ。
turn onって電源をONにする以外にも使っていいんですかね。機能をONにする的な意味なんでしょうけど。
can (record meeting) can以下の（）内を省略したんですね。
現在の訳をtodayにしてるの、currentlyと何が違うのかな。currenctlyは（過去は違っていたけど）今は、と言うような情報の更新のニュアンスがあるらしい。

感想：
Thisは前の文の主節「students can record meetings the same way other users can today」をさすと思われる。convenientは日本語にひきづられて使ってしまったけど、このシチュで使えるかは謎。意味は「If a way of doing something is convenient, it is easy, or very useful or suitable for a particular purpose.」だから間違ってはいないと思うけど。
手近で都合がいいと言うニュアンスもあるのでusefulとかhelpfulの方がいいかもですね。
見直すをtake a second look atとしましたが、review later onになってますね。なんでlater ”on”なんや？と思いますが、ほぼLaterと同じ意味らしい。later onの方がカジュアルとか。
「授業やクラスのプレゼンテーション」と言う日本語がいまいち意味をつかみかねました。授業とクラスのプレゼンって一緒じゃね。的な。
授業が受け身だったからそう発想しちゃったんだと思う。英語では、lesson or class presentationと言っているので、先生がteachすることを授業、生徒が発表することをくらすのプレゼンテーションって言ってるのね、と理解しました。ちなみに、presentationは不可算名詞、可算名詞どちらもあるようですが、class presentaitionは可算がやや多い結果でした（Google検索で英語、アメリカ、.edu限定で検索）。
